Aquamend and skimmer overflowing

I used a whole stick of aquamend to glue down alot of corals on my live rock. Immediately reef octopus 110 starts overflowing. I left it off for 3 days, did a 10% water change, and dialed it back all the way and it still over flows. This is the 4th day now. Very frustrating and not sure what to do?

Remove all epoxy...SORRY!!!!! Use super glue. Keep skimmer on and make sure you don't introduce anything "sensitive" to your system for 30 days. That purple clay is not the answer.

I have read countless posts saying people used aquamend without any problems... this is going to suck removing all the coral and epoxy and redoing it

I use it all the time and mine does the same thing. I let the collection cup fill up and dump the water down the sink. Have a 5 gallon bucket of fresh saltwater to replenish. Normally takes 3 or 4 times and it quits. I have to disagree with the remove all expoxy statement.

I did that... took 5 gallons worth of skimmate out. It literally bubbles up and fills the cup in 10 seconds

Ok, not sure if it is the right answer but I let mine over flow a few times(replace with fresh saltwater) then I limit the amount of air into my skimmer and adjust every day for about a week. Then it is usually better.

I removed all the aquamend I could. Then used gorilla superglue gel to attach coral. Did a 10% water change. Its still overflowing just as much..
