Aquanotes iPhone app?

Ok I can get my aquanotes iPhone app to work at home over my wireless but not over 3G or on wifi at other locations. Now my Internet is wireless supplied by my complex . How do I get it to let my iPhone app to let me connect to it. Also can't us computer at other location to access using ip address . Need help I'm in north Carolina and need to chech on tank in Iowa.

If you do not have the access to manage the router in order to configure port forwarding, then you are stuck.

The best you can do is to make sure email alarms are working and properly configured. You could also set an alarm email to be sent to you on a scheduled basis even if nothing is wrong.
