Aquapod 24 / 150W HQI

well, to stay in the hobby cause i was missing it so much already I down graded to this aquapod 24 which I can move with me. Pretty nice setup for those who have thought about try one of these. I made a few changes, for one, the return pump that comes stock is way to small, added a MJ1200 to the return which made alot better flow for filtration. Also removed half the inlet Grates to allow better flow. So Far that does it for mods. I opted for the HQI 150W sunpod lighting with 12 Lunars ( 6 blue ) ( 6 white ) which is very very bright. Its all glass tank non acryilic which is nice! Now time to stock it.

so far 24 hours no major evap that I can see.. so, I guess so far so good.. keep ya all posted.

your having no major evap with the halide??? just wondering cause i just got my 150w sunpod and am worried about how much evap i will have. I have heard around .5 gallons per day at least

Haven't seen much at all even this morning. Are you running it with the glass cover on the tank or not?
