I don't know what the price conversion is to usd but most live sand is considered dead by the time it reaches our tank and of little biological value. Your usually better off purchasing dry sand and seeding it with a few scooped of live sand from a friends tank and adding a raw table shrimp to kickstart the cycle. I have never seen that product so I can't really tell you too much about it.
