Sorry there was ment to be a Q. The Q is does this sound good, and do you think that will be a good set up for a begginer? And is that a good pack for my aquarium? the sandshifter to move the sand and the snails and crabs for the algea and the brittle stars, shrimp and hermits for the rocks?

For a 55g tank?

I would drop two fish from the list, and reduce the shrimp to 4 total.

Anemones are touchy and not really good for new tanks, IMO.

The sandsifter stars seem to starve to death over time, and the fighting conch will grow too large for that tank.

The hermit crabs and true crabs tend to be predatory, so I avoid them. You might need more snails.

What kind of cardinals?

equipment seems about right. Coral wise, you can pack as much as will fit without them fighting. Fish, go for about 3 gallons/inch and be sure to always measure by their adult size. Inverts, i like hermits cause they tend to stay on the rocks where snails go for the glass, but they are preditors so be sure to feed um.

The anemone i would wait 3+ months after the tank is setup cause they are touchy and if they dont like their environment they will move around quite a bit.

Btw, with snails go for about 1 per 2 gallons and the hermits about 1 per 3-5 gallons. Example, 15 snials and 10 hermits will cover your tank. Also, cleaner shrimp DO NOT eat algae
