Aquarium Maintenance - who/how much?

My schedule has gotten out of control and I need some help with maintaining my aquarium. Particularly with an algae outbreak I am having. Is there a person out there anyone can recommend for bi-weekly maintenance and getting this 4 year old tank back on track? Many thanks.
