I seem to remember there is a store that does ttm/quarantine the fish in San Jose, and the name of owner is Matt? Can someone provide me with a link with phone and address, thanks.

There is no store that does a proper quarantine. I trust no one to do it but yourself.

i dont think it was a store...i think it was a member on here that sells on craigslist?

i believe his handle is maddhugan possibly? I may be totally wrong...

Matt is a great guy with a meticulous passion for TTM. Please be discreet as he is not a store nor zoned to be dealing with the public.

Happy Reefing!

Matt is a great guy. I got all of my fish ( powder blue, hippo tang, yellow tang, copper band, leopard wrasse and others fish) from him. They are all happy, healthy and itch free. I have them for over 3 months now. Let me know if u need his information.

He also mentioned that he was looking into opening a shop so not sure he opened one or not yet.

Thanks so much guys, I didn't think Matt would pull it through as he is an busy engineer, but he actually did it, I am so glad that we all reefers can be benefited by the disease free fish as his TTM method is meticulous.

There's also the guy here in Pacifica that advertises full quarantine of all fish.. He has a separate set up for new fish, medicating fish and fish for sale.. I didn't get into the logistics as I've only been there once so I'm not sure if it's legit 100% but it is a store and he advertises he quarantine's =) ..

I can't speak to the quality of his fish as I haven't purchased any yet, but I recently picked up and bubble tip anemone and two zoa colonies and all three are doing great. For what it's worth, the fish looked like nice healthy specimens, but corals should still be dipped and fish out into qt no matter where you buy it from.
