Aquarium Water Testing Still Around?

I have two pre-paid mailers from Aquarium Water Testing (546 8th St SE, STE C15, Loveland Co 80537) that I never used. Is the company still in business? The labels were printed back in 2008 but I recall paying ~$50 for each kit and would love to be able to sill use them.
