Aquascape Question

I have a 75 gallon mixed reef tank going but I'd like to change the rock work up a bit. My current aquscape works perfect from a functionality point of view. With one korilla pump I'm able to stop almost all food from settling on the sand and suffer from very few dead spots. However i have grown to hate the way it looks and have very few good places to put additional corals. I plan on adding only sps corals from now on because my systems pretty stable and I've always liked the look of sps tanks. Is it wise to move my rock against the far right back corner against the glass in a slopping form? I would then use the left side as a small soft coral/polyps garden. This would work well for me because we have one kessil 160 led on the left and two on the right where I want the larger rock formation to *** more hard corals. I just don't want to suffer from algae issues because right now the system is running very stable.

I couldn't upload for some reason so I put a link of my current rock work.

It doesn't look bad plus if it's "working" regarding flow etc,i personally wouldn't change that man!
You'll avoid the risk of something going wrong with all those changes and messing around.
After all the best aquascape is done by the corals themselves so just put them in there and let them do their "art"
Sps...big/great "artists" :)
Just add one more pump to assist you with flow.

On the other hand if you neeeeeed to do it,just pic some new rock(dead or alive) and do your thing outside the tank. Then just replace it with your old rocks. That means some possible shifting in parameters or even a small cycle but i think it has less risk and work to be done,if you want to change the look drastically.

Just my 02 cents

Ya you are probably right...I'm just bored and need to go buy a new fish or something.... I am going to take out my urchin however because I swear he moves more rock and coral than a hurricane. I'm then going to tidy up the structures small pieces that have been moved slightly over the last few months and epoxy the structure to give it some added stability.

I like to change my scapes every 5 years or so, otherwise i start paying less atatention to my tanks. I need the change to boost my excitment of my tanks. I know alot of people would disagree as it could stress the corals and fish, but i have never lost any fish or corals due to this.

I just ordered some sps frags online so I'll mount them to my existing rock and when they grow out in a year or so I'll change the rock work up and what not.
