Looks like a live rock version of Number 5 from the movie: Short Circuit.

"Need Input Stephanie!"
"Number Five, is ALIVE!!!!!!!!"

Seriously Dave, did you pin those with acrylic rods & epoxy?

i actually really like clerical positions of live rock, and im thinks about having something similar in my tank, you can really make some nice caves and crevices with it, its neat

Hey I remember that tank =) Looks good I love the pillars look, I think they are the way to go or cementing rocks together, gives you a lot more options to be more creative with rockwork I think.

I use acrylic rods to hold in place.Just drill a hole alittle bit bigger than the rod and just arrange to how you like it.It is pretty steady, there is a 6''x12'' piece of acrylic that the rod is mounted to.

Looks like these little shrine things you see on rocky overhangs over the Carribean in PR. Just stones piled one on top of the other. I also have seen them in Hawaii. Maybe you are building a shrine in preparation for the inhabitants of your tank!!!
