As far as aquacon, you can do a search in the vendor review forum. I'm confident you'll turn up 20+ pages worth of search results of horror stories. I don't know of a single vendor that gets worse reviews.

From the Better Business Bureau website. There are always complaints to the BBB, but AquaCon seems to have a lot of them.
