Aquatic Life T5 Issue, how to fix

Hey Folks,

I need your help thinking through this light issue.

I have an Aquatic Life T5 fixture.

Problem:
The middle light does not come on. The 420/460 section.

I press the button, I hear it click off/on but nothing happens.

I have switch bubbles that work in the one side to the other side that does not work and still nuthing.

Where can I get this light fixed?
Can I fix it by myself?

If it is the ballast you may be able to order it from here.

Since you have it opened up, check and see if the picture/part numbers match up!
