aqueon heater controller

I have a 200w aqueon heater and while it works fine i cannot get the temperature setting right. I was thinking of building something with a temperature probe that controls a relay to the heater. Has anyone done anything like this before?

sure.. most people just buy any of the off the shelf heater/temp controllers though around here or its part of their "reef" controller

Just buy a RKL. $120 new. Comes with warranty. Controls more than just your heater.
