wow.....for real? has anyone ever been in there? and do the lunch specials coincide with any deaths at the aquarium? wow.......:hmm4:

oh yeah, I've been there many times. it's terrible. it's sad because years ago before they moved to the current location it was awesome. indoor and outdoor ponds, great display tanks.

Marine O, ABC in fairport, carbiean forest and the reef shoppe are all great! ABC is awsome if ur on a budget, they dont have as much high end coral as the reef shoppe but the price is right! Carbiean forest is awsome, they have a huge selection of fish and there prices are great!

There is a fish fry place next door to the aquarium shop. Which explains the sign, but is still pretty ironic!

MG -really? that's one i wouldn't have thought of...looks like we are going to need a plan of attack for our roadtrip to Buffalo. Gonna need some recovery time between this weekend and the next trip, however, i'm thinking...lol.

Hey Kat,
There's a good route so you can hit all those stores in Buffalo fairly quickly.

If you take the NYS Thruway(90) to Buffalo and get on the 290 heading towards Niagara Falls, then get off At Colvin Blvd and take Rt 425(Twin city Highway) to the first light. Then turn left on Youngs rd. follow that to Main st. and Saltwater Paradise is right there. 54 Main st., I think. From there, The Fish Place is 3 minutes around the corner on Robinson Rd. and Oliver St. From there you can follow Robinson Rd. back to 425 and take it North to Rt. 31 and head East. It takes about 20 mintutes to get to Pet's Plus in Lockport from The Fish Place. After that take Rt. 31 to rt. 78 Transit rd. Take that south and it will bring you back to the NYS Thruway. It takes about 22 minutes to get from Pet's Plus to the thruway.

It's a big Circle.

Really wishin' I had a printer right now. Copy/paste/email. You're awesome Randy! Thanks so much. :D Hopefully recovery time doesn't take too long and we'll be making that trip very soon.

No problem Mel. I usually draw a map for people if they ask.

You could also hit markhiem pets on Sheridan. I dont know if I spelled it correctly. It is only a few min away from Salt Water Paridise. Why do the people on this forum keep getting threads closed? It wasnt even your thread. A person asked a simple qustion and the thread will probably get closed because we cant act like adults. If you all want to have your silly little arguments start your own thread and have at it. Also Pets Plus has some very nice puppys most of the time at very good prices. Last time I was there they had a beautiful English Bulldog puppy. From what I hear they only go through reputable breeders. Have fun and play nice.

i copied. i pasted. i emailed. Bri will print it off at work on Monday.

Mel, Kat if you are coming all the way out to A Reef Creation and Saltwater Paradise you might as well check out The Fish Place on Robinson Rd in North Tonawanda. Their saltwater section is decent and their freshwater stuff is amazing(If you dabble in that realm)

Definatly hit the Fish place if only to see thier big tank. Its fresh water but its [profanity] huge. can you imagine that as a reef? you would need scuba to clean it.
