Are dead spots inevitable?

Ive got a 700Ltr tank that's been running for about 7 months now.
All parameters are normal and corals are healthy.
Im running a couple of Tunze powerheads alternating at either side of the tank and produce a nice sway movement.

My query is whether i should worry about a couple of dead spots i can see detritus building up? Will i end up with high No3 and Po4 if i leave an continue with my regular water changes?
And no the location of the build up is not easy for siphon out during the water change.

I dont want to add another power head into the tank unless i need to and im conscious of blasting the corals too much (its an LPS tank).

Any advise appreciated.

Dead spots are inevetable and I would argue beneficial as different biology will happen there than in high flow. Your system is also still maturing so IF you did see cyano show up it quite possible it would disappear after a few weeks/months. But aesthetics are important too so playing with the flow some is fine.
