are lighting and flow ok

i got an anem abot 1 and half weeks ago.not sure what kind and having a tough time posting jpegs.but anyways it has neon pink tips and seems to glow green.(probably not its real color)i have a 39 gallon setup with the 36" coralife 150 watt halide a 2 power compacts.i only have 2 small powerheads.what kind of flow should i have and do i put him directly under the halide or off to the sid.i'll try and post pics again.hopefully with success.thanx

could be a BTA or condy nem...keep it closer to the halide...it will probably move to its comfort spot closer to the light if other areas in the tank lack lighting...but a 39 gal should be lit by the entre halide...anyways...most anemones like medium to stronger water flow so if you have really tiny powerheads consider an upgrade...possibly a maxijet 900 would do fine to get some good water movement within your tank. Would definitely like to see a pic! : )
