Are my Frogspawn Heads Dying?

Frogspawn Head Dying?
My Frogspawn has 24+ heads. I've had it for about 9 months. When I first got it, it didn't have much color. It was white, see below:

I was told the lighting it was under was too intense. It took about a month to color up, see below:

It has been doing great except occationally a head will stay mostly closed here and there. I was told they do this sometimes. Now I have two heads that haven't opened for about 1 - 1 1/2 weeks now. See below:

Are they dying? Is there something I should do? My levels haven't changed, my lighting hasn't chaged, so I stumped. Any ideas?

I would doubt it, since I can still see flesh and some tentacles puffed. When LPS dies, it usually turns into goo...and fairly quickly.
