Are Pipefish Sensitive to Copper?

Despite religiously quarantining all new fish, I have ich in my system. (I suspect it was on the damsels and chromises I recently added, but that I could not see it on them when they were in QT.) I intend to pull all fish from display, leave it fallow for eight weaks, and treat with copper in a treatment tank.

Question: are pipefish (banded pipefish, in particular) sensitive to copper? (I use Seachem cupramine.)

Thanks.

I believe seahorses are, therefore I would think that pipefish would be. Better to treat the pipes w/ hyposalinity and frequent vaccuming of the barebottom tank (example: during your daily water changes.) Better to be safe then sorry.

I would do hypo for all the fish personally, but that's JMO. I have never had ich in a display, but have treated it successfully with hypo in a QT a few times.

That is the basis for my concern. . . . .belief that they are delicate/sensitive, too.
