The closest thing to red we have as far as damsels would be red honey damsels (Neoglyphidodon crossi) and garibaldis, neither of which is suitable for a community reef tank. The red honeys lose their striking orange and blue coloration and become dull looking tyrants once they hit maturity, and the garibaldis are massive temperate water damsels that really shouldn't even be available to typical hobbyists. for yellows, there are the common lemon damsels (Pomacentrus moluccensis) which typically cost $5, and then the genus Amblyglyphidodon which contains many fairly benign, yellow damsels.
