Ones that come to mind are blue cloves (spread and can go "sexual" so be careful) and blue mushrooms. There are some zoas that have some blue as well. I'm sure there are more, but that's just off the top of my head.
Well, if we're going to deviate from corals here. I like "blue" ochtodes (they are actually more of a really dark purple, but can look blue in the right light)
Heliopora? Looks like SPS because of its calcareous skeleton but classified as an octocoral. I've seen some beauties that ironically look nicer when the polyps are closed.
Blue Xenia, or Cespitularia is very nice. Blue zoos are on the rare side and also nice, but the Cespitularia will sway in the current and is almost metallic looking
