are these dead?

Had these two corals for over a year. The one is a green table acro and the other is a tri-color staghorn. 2 months ago my skimmer was not working and i started getting hair algae. I got it fixed and I removed a lot of the rock and coral from the tank to manual scrub it. These two corals were in a holding bucket for about 1 hour. In that time the water was about 70 degrees. The Staghorn was really sliming but not the table acro. I was not able to remove the algae by scrubbing it with a toothbrush but thought maybe it would go away on its own. Are these corals dead? I don't really see any polyps on them and the color isn't coming back. It has been approximately 1 month since the incident with the 70 degrees. Sorry for the pics I had to use my work cellphone because the Iphone shows everything as blue.

like he^ said the white parts are already dead and the rest isnt too far behind. i would frag and discard the dead white pieces. glue the remaining pieces to a plug/disc/rubble and place on the sand in a medium flow area and see what happens

As mentioned, I think your best bet is to clip off the areas with algae, they are dead.
On the first piece with a patch, a light brushing with a toothbrush will help but since a snail can't really get there, it may be tought to keep clean..
