Are these fan worms?

I have noticed these growing near my rasta zoanthids in the past week! After some research I think they are fan worms. I just want to be sure though!

they look like aiptasia to me.

Uh oh. Best way to get rid of them?

i always use kalkwasser paste to get rid of them. turn off the wavemakers and cover the aiptasia with thick kalk paste. the paste will become like a rock after a couple of minutes. there're also other methods like aipatia x, vinegar, boiling water, etc.

Thanks! My local fish store said to use lemon juice! Any experience with that?

Hi! Lemon juice works, but vinegar is just a tad bit more acidic so I always use that I turn off my filters/pumps and then squirt about half a milliliter directly into the aiptasia's mouth. Kills it instantly! You find find hypodermic needles to squirt them with at a farm and feed type store for really cheap.

But be careful not to get any on your zoas whatever you do (hence turning off pumps) I use a piece of plastic to kind of keep the vinegar from accidentally getting taken in by my zoas/palys if they're too close.
