Are these GOOD Isopods

On my 3 month tank, I saw these Isopods

I checked the Hitchhiker's guide and ir matches the good Isopod on that list. I just want to confirm that I am not seeing other things.

My wife also did an inspection and we both think these are the good ones. I am just unsure how it suddenly appeared.

Also can I transfer one of the rocks from these tank to the other tank to transfer these good isopods?
