Are these microscopic flatworms on my sarcophyton?

Hello.
Yesterday I were about to take some macro photos of my tank, and had set up my camera in front of my green sarcophyton. It has some flatworms living on them which really do not seem to bother it at all. The interesting thing however was that I noticed some very minute dots inside one of the polyps.

The dots were moving around and doing that faster than I would think a flatworm of that size would be able to. As you can probably judge from the size of the polyp, the creatures are not really visible with the naked eye, but if you zoom into the photo (polyp in the top right corner), you can see that they are sort of shaped like sesame seeds. The coral has great polyp extension and doesn't seem to be bothered from them the slightest, so I am only asking out of curiosity :)

Can anyone help with a more certain ID?
