are these Randall anthais

I picked these up at the store the other day and want to confirm that they are actually Randall's Anthias. Sorry for the bad pic but they are really hard to get a good pic of. I have had them for two weeks they are always out and eating frozen foods, flakes and freeze dried brine shrimp but will not eat pellets. want to add maybe one or more to the group but want to confirm what they are first before ordering.

Hard to tell for sure, but no, they don't look like Randalls to me - wrong coloration and they look too big to me. Carberryi maybe.

Not same body style as Randall's. Randall's have a red edged triangular pectoral fin.
And carbyerri are just a drab looking bartletts. Although waaaaaay more peaceful than bartletts are.
The red dorsal fin on those are dispars

Agreed, dispars! These are female resplendents, which are essentially identical to randalls (well, maybe the males are slightly different).



Much 'stockier' fish than the dispar.

They are ignitus anthias. They are very similar ti dispar anthias, but the yellow on the dorsal is different between the 2 species.
