Are these SAFECRACKERS?

Can anyone tell me if these are safecrackers? Sorry the pic isnt closer...the colors are blue center with red and blue rings

Hard to tell from the pic. But I would pay more attention to those blues at the bottom. They look nice!

thanks for the info - they are now all fully open and they are really colorful whetever they may be - definitley my smallest zoos, but a big punch
