Are these snail eggs?

Are these snail eggs? Can I hatch them? Should I scrape and put in Refuge? I seen all three snails rowing around last night. I checked the tank first thing this morning and I saw this. Picture dosen't show the details but it's like a dotted swirl line one after another very uniformed and I guess kind of looks like feathers.

Those looks like eggs from a super Tongan Nassarius snail. I had egg patches like that a number of times before, but I have never had them hatch and grow to a snail before.

Those aren't nassarius eggs, nassarius snails leave single egg capsules in various places on the glass. What you have there is cerith snail eggs.

The smaller nassarius vibex leave the egg capsules. Those look like the larger tongan nassarius snail eggs. Here's a picture of mine laying eggs.

Cerith lay a single strand with eggs lined up one after another, then as the stand grows longer it meanders.

Those are like everyone said, the larger Nassarius.

OK, I came here to search for this exact question :)

I dropped in 12 Nassarius snails from another local reefer, and now I have egg sacs looking something like this all over the place:

Will those things get eaten by, for example, my tiger goby (whom I rarely see now that he's in his new 90 gallon digs) or by corals? Or am I destined to be overrun with snails? I am striving to go crabless, so at this point there's not a high likelihood of predation.
