If you're debating on buying these (from Ebay for instance) I wouldn't. Always be leary of buying from someone showing pics with all actinics. When you get them, they usually look nothing like the picture.

no they are not the same. That guy is cool. He will give you half price if you call up and talk to him. Good luck

PS: he is also very honest about the color of his products and will tell you if things arent turning the color they are suppose too
