Are thunderstorms working in P3 for Aqua Illumination users?

Are thunderstorm working in P3 for folks that have Aqua Illumination lights? I posted below on the support site but got a cofusing response.

I have p3 firmware 5.00k, ProfiluxControl 5.0.0.7 1/28/2010

I have aqua illumination...

IN ILLUMINATION 1 & 2
- I have checked the box for Thunderstorm

UNDER THUNDETSTORTM i have 2 storms with the following settings
- 12pm 3 minutes
- 8pm 3 minutes
- intensity =10
- darkening = 1%

MANUALLY STARTED THUNDERSTORM
does not work either
