Are you on the list??

We are aware there are a handful of boards that were too tightly wrapped by GHL and have resulted in some pegs breaking off. We are working hard over Christmas with GHL to resolve this.

I appreciate the frustration but as I said we are doing all we can to get these people sorted quickly as physicaly possible.

it seems our policy of allowing self fitting was not a good one as any damaged units would have been caught at time of fitment. But we wanted to save everyone the cost of return and downtime.

This is a policy i now regret.

I am quite sure people will wish to air their views publicly about this, and although my commitment to you all is paramount we have done all we can to address this slight set back for now and nothing more I can say or do will speed the process up further. I do hope I do not come back to a lot of negativity over this as I have done all I can to assist, and I have been asked to have posts removed or closed if this happens as this is not what the forum is for, if you have issues then the correct recourse is to email us and we will do all we can to help you as always.

We fully understand the dissapointment, but everyone still has a fully functional controller, if we asked people to return them for upgrade this would not be the case and it would of cost at least $60 more for the pleasure.

Although GHL have not responded regarding this on RC, I can assure you they are working very hard to rectify this as fast as possible, and our commitment to you remains as strong as ever. We all can only apologise and remind that this is a packing issue brought on by too overly tight packing of the board, there are no other failures or issues what so ever reported. This is basic packaging damage, but we appreciate the headache this has caused the few.

If anyone is unfortunate to have a over tightly packed LCD panel please email us, I will not see replies on Reef Central.

I hope everyone can honour me some downtime with my little daughter over the Christmas period.

I have to say no matter what has happened to a few member's panel switches being broken this is still outstanding customer service on the part of AQD. I was fortunate and my board was in perfect condition and was a snap to install. If you did have a problem with your piece it is worth the extra wait because its awesome.

I have worked in a lot of industries and with a lot of top companies and that being said the customer service I have received from AQD has been top notch. I have worked with top execs in the golf industry, casino trade, and c-store markets and the service and outright truth spoken by Michael has been the best I have experienced. Sounds like we got quite the break not having to send our units in for professional install so come on guys lets give a little leeway here and be happy we were each so fortunate to get on the list even for a discounted price for an upgrade.
 
The profilux 3 deal ended a while back if you did not pay a deposit or in full as stated and advertised you will not now get the upgrade at the discount price.

if you DID pay the deposit or paid in full you will, I think you did??

If you have paid your deposit or paid in full and are waiting please contact your vendor the final eligable kits were shipped this week to dealers
