Thoughts? Opinions on sump design?

In the last chamber I might have two pumps spinning the macro in a circle. Atm the water in the last section of the sump is 5" too high.

Putting the piece of LR in the sump has started a small cycle, am I correct?

Just ordered 100lbs of dead rock from ReefRocks.net. @85 $ per 50lbs they have the best prices atm. Great reviews from RC, we will see!

Fedex just stopped by the office!

Before ReefRocks shipped the order they contacted me asking what size tank and what scape I was envisioning. I told Steven I wanted a branching island look and this 100lbs was most likely going on one side of the aquarium. I couldn't be more pleased with what they shipped. Once the E-Marco-400 comes in we will add some pvc pipe and get a little creative!
Rick @ UPS also decided to stop by

Seven 20lb bags out of the 10. Finally ready to add some substrate to the tank!

Updates:

I have most of the sump/fuge setup. The foam divider from the sump in the 90 had so many copepods, I had to add it. It was like a nest of them all over that sponge.

The rock on the right is the 100lbs from ReefRocks. Still have about 100lbs from the 90 to add.

The past month or so I have been dealing with green/red cyano in lower flow areas of the tank. Started to realize the water I was getting from the LFS wasnt good quality. To fix this, I started making my own saltwater. I will see if this clears up the issues. My Phos is still reading .03 and my nitrates are at 0 but I understand this is most likely not exact as the algae is eating the phos and nitrates.
I did my first homemade saltwater partial Sunday.

UPDATES!! I have been quiet but I'm still around!! Just added 50# of Marco rock to the tank. I also have my tank broadcasted live from ustream in 1080x1920 @3mb download. Currently working on a project involving webcam rotation (more to come on this later). Some of you know I have been fighting a red and green cyano outbreak and it seems to be slowly getting under control. Dosing changes- 2ml of zeostart3 daily with Zeobak twice weekly at 10 drops. Here are some pics of the fish!

I love the photo of the mandarin! The tank is looking sweet. Good luck with the cyano. I was reading a thread on here that talked about shutting out the light in order to control it, but I don't know how accurate that is. I don't know if you've seen it, maybe it would help?
