Asfur Angel needs help!

I purchased an Asfur Angel 3 days ago and today he has developed something I have never seen before.

The Asfur Angels have long trailing fins just like a Queen Angel and the lower fin has puffed up like a balloon.

The pet store was not best maintained and I acclimated properly, I soak my food (mixture of brine, mysis, cyclops and seaweed) every other feeding with vitamins and he was eating like a pig and his color was starting to become vibrant.

Now all he does is hide in the rock! Does anyone now what this is and if there is a reef friendly cure? I will disassemble tank to catch him if I need to, only a 36 gal Bowfront.

Update - Bubble has burst. Looking like fin rot the more I look at it, but still would like some input. (My camera shutter is broke so no pics)

Also before anyone busts my chops about the size of the tank, he is slated for my 150 gal reef. It is easier to watch or catch them in the small reef and than transfer to the big tank.
