asm g4 x modifications?

I am just wondering if anyone has modded this skimmer. It seems to be an oversized body for the pump flow rate. I am looking for any suggestions. I have thought about getting the sedra 12000 but I would like to hear from others who have done any modification to an asm g4x.

Ive only modded a g2 and only did the gate valve mod and recurculating mod. That was about 5 years ago but it helped alot imo.

I put a Tunze Hydrofoamer on my G4x, it absolutely rocks. I was able to replace both my power hog Sedra pumps with the one dc pump

Which tunze hydrofoamer did you use and how did you put it on?

I used the smaller one, the 9410. all I need was a $0.25 pvc piece adapter. I thinks its a 1" to 3/4" adapter. the pump output fit into the adapter, and the adapter slipped right into the stock hole where the sedra was.

I actually had to dial the air intake down a bit, as the Tunze sucks a lot of air
