Hi Roger,

Just wondering if you have an idea as to when we could expect vendors to get resupplied on the 6000 and 6100?

Not a pest- I am sorry it is taking so long. I sent out 20 6000 Streams last week to all the vendors. This week I will get about 15 6100's and next week about the same. Unfortunately it is typical in Germany that factories close for the month of August- almost all factories and businesses do this to the point you could say in August Germany is closed. Due to the production problems Tunze decided to have rotating vacations where 1/3rd of the crew is off every month June-August. This has slowed things down a bit. Also, they apparently had a big backlog of orders to Britain as the British product requires a special plug witha fuse installed to meet their electric code and these plugs where out of stock for a while. Alot of the product over the past two weeks had to go to Britain for this reason. I am a bit stressed by this but I also am relieved to say we now have a very good supply of almost all other products except Streams. Tunze is hiring a few more people and has added a new injection molding machine so I hope when the full staff is on hand in September we will see a big improvement in product supply.
 
Oh, I just want to catch up. It is very stressful for me to be out of stock on anything. I knew when i started this that this was part of the deal as it is just part of small companies to have production issues. All the same I look forward to the day when Streams are readily available but that is likely at least 6 months in the future.
 
the fun side is Roger just as the streams meet demand Tunze will release another must have product and the fun starts again:D

still since the kit just runs and runs you do not have to chase repairs etc:)
 
Oh my this is not good news...I just bought orrrrr ordered the 6100 matching with the controller and I got confirmation of my order from Tunze-USA . Is this problem solved by now? Or will I be waiting for a while for my order to be completed?
 
Puzzled? I am the only one at Tunze USA and I never recieved an order- further we don't sell direct. I am assuming you ordered from the Dealer Shop on www.tunze.com. This is for dealers only and the auto response of the order being accepted is incorrect. Because you are not a dealer with a business license on file it will be rejected once a human sees it. Spare parts orders are the only ones accepted from the general public. The only internet dealers are Champion Lighting, Marine Depot and Premium Aquatics. The price is the same and regardless of where you order it- yes there will be a 6 week wait.

So I have not really placed an order....Where can I go to place an orer for the turbelle?
 
I am sorry- if I had the order I would have notified you immediately but the orders first go to Germany and they are short staffed and have had computer virus trouble. I would look under the Dealer Addresses to see if you have a local dealer- Goochs Corals and Preuss Animal House are in your area. If this doesn't work for you we have three online vendors and all are RC sponsors- Champion Lighting, Premium Aquatics and Marine Depot.
