the blue life killer,has anyone used it,they say to shut off the pumps etc.. to apply,how long do you leave the pumps off for,they dont say?i have 5 of the little suckers and i purchased the blue life, but have not done it yet,but it is time!other option,copper band butterfly,nice fish but am i taking a chance of it becoming a coral eater?,advice!:rollface:

I used the blueline stuff. Just shut off pumps while actually targeting the mouth of the critter. Suck out excess with an eyedropper before turning pumps back on. The stuff is thick and tends to drift off target so get right on the sucker before dosing.

They just appear to implode with a little poof.

If chemical warfare doesn't work, I've had great luck with a Klein's Butterfly. Much more hardy than a Copperband and quite a bit cheaper. Gets all the little buggers deep in rock crevices and etc. you can't reach. I've been aiptasia free now for nearly as long as I've had him.
