Hey Guys-- I purchased this light a while back (unfortunately not from PA) and I'm having a few issues with it. I realize that I didn't purchase the light from you guys, but I don't remember who I originally purchased it from and I have purchased many things from your store in the past so was just wondering if you could offer any feedback/help.

Basically, there seems to be a ballast problem.. I can only get two of the 6 lamps to fire, and I'm not sure why. Is this a common problem with these fixtures? The fixture is the older non-dimmable version if that matters...

Also, I can't seem to get the fans to work.

Any ideas?

Hi Joel,

First off on the fans do you have the little power DC power supply hooked up to it correctly? The fans do not power off of the regular 110v plugs you have coming off of the fixture.

Did the fixture ever work on the bank of 4 bulbs that are not firing now, or was it like this brand new out of the box? Have you tried switching known working lamps into the bank of 4 that are not firing up?
