Comes with hanging kit and bulbs. The fixture works perfect. I do have an extra spare ballast I ordered with the light. Have never had to use it. Fixture has a small dent in housing. It happened when it was shipped to me. Worked perfectly and u could turn it the other way if u didn't want to c it. I think it was only on one side. I will get pic up soon. All bulbs r labeled with age. I would like $250 for it with the bulbs and extra ballast included
