ATI Bubble Master 200 What Replacement Pump Do I Need?

well, it looks like the ati bm200 had a sicce pump on it. and it looks like it's pulling about 1100lh of air and 1700lh of water. so just get any pump that has similar specs. anything that will pull 1000-1200lh of air and 1500lh-1800lh of water. you can then tune it to exactly how you like it.
a red dragon pump on that skimmer will turn it from a bubble master to a bubble king! or just look on the used forum and find an askoll block based pump with needle wheel, it'll be fine (red dragon 1000, or atb airstar 1300 would be perfect!) i heard good news on the new dc skimmer pumps that are controllable, you can tune it perfectly to your needs.
and anyone whose ever had an airstar/flowstar or red dragon pump, will tell you that you have to touch it to know its on, cuss it really is DEAD silent.

Thanks for all the input Josh! The Red Dragon pumps are WAY out of my range for now lol... I'm looking for "best bang for $" to satisfy my champagne taste on my measly beer budget!

No problem Dave! If you're on a budget, check out the bubble blaster pumps from reef octo. They perform pretty well.
