ATI Dimmable Sunpower..Ballast Blown?

So randomly today my one channel on my 4 bulb dimmable sunpower made some loud noises and then just shut off completely. The other channel still works however. Im assuming this is the ballast that has blown?

ATI has a bunch of videos on youtube about diagnosing/replacing parts in their fixtures.. Might want to check those out..

Could very well be the ballast though..
