Ati dimmable t5

Hello, I'm setting up a tank. It's a 40 breeder. I was wondering if the ati t5 dimmable light fixture would be a good option for a mixed reef? Also, does anyone have any experience with this light fixture?

How about longevity of the fixture components like ballasts and the bulbs themselves? My electrician was quite surprised T5 bulbs could be dimmed and not fail somehow. How does the dimming work?

I'm also interested in how well the dimmable fixture works? Also, which do you think would be best for a 40 gallon breeder 4 or 6 bulb?

I have only had my my ATI dimmable fixture for a few months but am very happy with it. Very easy to program and have never seen any flickering. When I add new corals I can turn down the fixture and then ramp it back up to light acclimate the corals. I would assume a 4 bulb fixture would be plenty for a mixed reef but if you go with 6 you could add a few actinic bulbs and get a nice pop.

Ok Thanks, would you happen to have any pics that you wouldn't mind posting of your light?
