Ati or Ai hydra

Ok for 20" high tank with SPS only would u go with an 8 bulb sunpower or two AI hydras?

If you are looking at the hydra, I would wait until the ai hydra 52 comes out later this year, a little more expensive but seems like it will be worth it.

Nope. I'd go with the T-5 for sure. But no one can tell you which will be better. Its all personal preference.

I have used the sols but haven't tested the hydras, back to good old t5 and lovin the 8 bulb combo.

I don't think you get much shimmer when the T5 bulbs are on. They look awesome on a Sunpower, at least from the few I've seen- I love how the reefbrites match the ATI housing.
