ATI Sunpower Dimmable (NEED HELP)

So i just got my sunpower today. I put all the bulbs in but my 3 and 6 bulb will not light. I have removed them and put them back in and they try to go on but go right back out. Anyone have a solution or know what the problem is? BAD BULB or BAD UNIT! ****ed i never get anything that just works when i buy it. Also one of the fan fins is cracked and was stopping the fan from running. If you pay 1000 for a light wouldnt you expect it to work???:angryfire:

did you do a factory default reset?

Yah I tried tinkering a bit with it. I have a blue plus that i keep moving around to different spots and the problem appears to be following that bulb. This probobly means its the bulb. RIGHT?
