ATI Sunpower Dimmable

I bought ATI Sunpower Dimmable and the only problem is that it has a system of optimization of bulbs. The bulbs are automatically dimmed in high temperatures, reducing power, which comes to 30% Does anyone know how to configure this luminaire without losing power? Can I do this? Thanks. Bellotti

You can't really compare the dimming to LED, as it's just not really capable with fluorescent.
