ATI Sunpower Issue

I bought an ATI SUnpower unti from you guys about 2-3 weeks ago. The fans have quit working I just noticed. Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Try to gently lift up the ati logos over the fans ad see if they start spinning, that seems to be a common problem. Also check the fan power supply cables and make sure you are getting a good connection.

Tried both. The light is on the adaptor and all connections are secure. The ATI logos are not touching the fans at all. Seems like they are just getting no power

Do you have any way of pulling the fans and checking with a voltmeter to see if the power is reaching the fans?
High humidity can kill the fans quickly. You might want to give Premium Aquatics a call Monday and see what they advise. High humidity killed the fans in my power modules and I had to replace the fans. It is not hard to do just a pain because you have to do it.

I got it fixed somehow. I took apart of the box that contains the wires and then put it back, I also used a different plug on the apaptor that fits into the ati box and they fired up. Strange, but at least they are running again! Thanks for the input

Sounds like it was a connection issue. Let us know if the problem persists and we'll get it taken care of.
