Atinic Only?

Hi i was wondering if i can get away with atinics only for a while, i just started my tank and its cycled and at the moment i only have 460 nm pc lights, im getting 10k later on the week but is it fine to leave it like this for now? I ask becuase the rock look real dead under it , i dont know if anything will be able to grow under atinic only. Thanks
