I only feed the fish. I let them feed the corals.

That looks very similar to the bali tricolor. Very nice lookin piece.

I have a similar piece that extends the same way while the lights are on. Have you ever seen your piece just prior to the lights coming on? My piece actually has the entire piece extending all the polyps out like that at night. I guess it must do this to facilitate feeding at night? Check your piece out sometime before the lights come on to see if it exhibits the same behavior.
