Atlantic anenome birthing question

We have two Atlantice LTA and the larger one appeared to have something ejecting from its mouth for the most of the day yesterday, my wife is convinced it was giving birth. I have done some research and have found conflicting answers, do these type of anenomes give live birth?

An Atlantic LTA... not sure what that is. I'm kind of thinking you have a condy? LTA come from the South Pacific. I don't claim to be an expert on anemones, but I'm pretty sure they don't give live birth. They do split, and I've had that happen in my tank quite a few times. I think I had a stone flower anemone spawn as I had 1 that was/is average size, and now I have several little ones around the tank that all started as tiny specs that we couldn't ID for 4-6 weeks.

it spewed out a ton of brown stuff yesterday morning then according to my wife it had like a large sack coming out of its mouth for hours. I did see it and it did appear to be a birthing sack but Im not sure. I have read that some LTA give birth while others lay eggs and some even say they split....not sure what to believe since there are so many answers to what I thought would be a simple question lol

It could have spit its food back up all while releasing some Zooxanthellae Algae (the brown stuff) How long have you had it for? how often do you feed it?

Some anemones are brooders. In other words, the larvae are kept inside the adult anemone and then expelled when they are ready to attach. Pics of the anemone. I'm wondering what type you have.
