ato 5017 not working

My ato has stopped turning on the pump.

It reads when the level is correct, and when it is low, but for a month or so it would work for a few days, then stop turning on the pump. And now it has stopped turning on the pump all together. the eye is clean. the pump looks fine, just not sure what the problem is.

the pump is what amounts to being on the floor, and pumps the water up about 3 feet into my sump.

Any ideas? this unit is 18 or so months old.

Either the pump has died, the wiring is corroded or the internal breaker that shuts off the pump if it draws too much current has failed. I would send it in, with the pump and I will get it repaired.

Sorry, I left for vacation just after this, and got around to mailing it in last friday. Delivery is on schedule for tomorrow 4/1 (no joke!) ;c)
