ATO not registering

I have a GHL float type ATO and it seems not to be registering it when it is in the water. Was working fine before, for last 6 months. I did water change today and now is not registering. It show level 1 - 2X and I know the 2X means there is no second level sensor.

Trouble shooting tips, I have cleared the error numerous times.

My stablility setting are on 4 seconds and my max on time is 30 seconds.

99.9999% of all float switch issues are resolved by cleanign them.
