do I need both float sensor and level sensor to run the top off like a tunze osmolator? If not, is both a safer way to go ( one for water level the other for a fail safe shut off)? Thanks
I only use the float sensor. When the level drops it activates a socket in the digital power bars where a solenoid is connected. When powered it lets water though. Set the maximum power on time to 2 minutes. It works excellent, the solenoid is about $20
